How can I be sure about the quality of classes?
Just take one class. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, your initial two-month payment will be refunded and you will not be charged for the first class. Please also take a moment and read our testimonials.
Will I receive my money back if I decide, for whatever reason,
to leave the course?
If you should decide, for whatever reason, to leave your Spanish course during the first month of each two-month payment period, you will receive your money back corresponding to the number of remaining classes.
There are no refunds if you leave the course during the second month of each two-month payment period.

Must I buy books?
Yes. You are responsible for buying two assigned books based on your level and type of course. These may be purchased at book stores or on the Internet.
How can I pay?
You may send a check by regular mail or pay with a credit card through PayPal. To confirm your enrollment by check, please make your check payable to Spanish Tutor DC and mail it to:

Payments for enrolling and subsequent levels must be received at least five days before the first class of each period.
