Please note the following:

For companies, organizations, individual classes and friends groups, students who miss a class must notify the tutor at least 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule. If you cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice, there are no refunds or the possibility to reschedule. Rescheduled classes must take place before the end of the current payment period. Otherwise, participants will lose the opportunity to reschedule and payment will not be refunded (exception – if it is snowing, we will always reschedule the class).

For individuals in Open Enrollment Group Classes, students must schedule eight Spanish classes in advance at the time of enrollment. Because students pay a reduced rate for this type of course, there are no refunds for missed classes or the possibility to reschedule, so please carefully consider the dates you will be available. If you miss a class you will need to speak with your tutor about getting extra homework to catch up.

The rules also apply to Spanish Tutor DC. If we cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice, your tutor will teach the next class for free.
