Spanish Tutor in the Washington DC Area

Santiago Montero is the founder and director of Spanish Tutor DC. Born and raised in Spain, Santiago graduated with a BA in information sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and an MA in film scriptwriting from the Autonomous University of Madrid.

Santiago Montero founded Spanish Tutor DC in 2007.

Santiago has been working more than 15 years integrating the fields of education and mass media in Europe and Latin America. His professional career has given him the academic and technical foundations to launch Spanish Tutor DC. The main goal of the company is simply to be considered the highest quality Spanish language program in the Washington, D.C. area. Santiago began teaching in the DC area in 2004 and founded his company, Spanish Tutor DC, in 2007.

Spanish Tutor DC is the culmination of Santiago’s skill and passion for teaching Spanish. In addition to managing the company on a day-to-day basis, Santiago also “teaches the teachers” – the diverse and hard-working group of tutors who help represent Spanish Tutor DC. In spite of the demands on his time, Santiago will also continue to teach lessons — for one primary reason — “It is a pleasure.”
